Different utensils are used for each type of food

If frozen, fruits are properly unfrozen

Only filtered water is used

Even if you washed your bowl at home, they are disinfected before re-using them

Products and materials

Health and honesty are my priority, that's why I make sure all products are from the best quality.
I have been relying on the same brands and shop for the past four years, all come from the neighbourhood suppliers such as local markers and chain supermarkets!

Oats are100 % oatmeal that comes from Belgium (Halle)

Soy, almond and rice milk are a 100% plant-based soy beverage that comes also from a Belgian supplier

Fruits come from local markets. They are fresh and you will notice!

Unfrozen berries will be used when needed

Peanut butter comes from 100% peanuts (nothing else is added)

Vanilla is 100% natural no additives or sugar.

Seeds and nuts come from the Barn

I avoid using ingredients that come in plastic so bulk products are my favorites!
